LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that PLK Chicken Limited has applied to the London Borough of Camden for a new Premises Licence for Popeyes, 197 Camden High Street, London NW1 7BT to provide late night refreshment on and off daily between 11pm and 3am (closing to the public at Midnight Sun-Thu and 1am Fri and Sat).
A register of licensing applications can be inspected online or at The Licensing Service, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street, London WC1H 8NL, tel. 020 7974 4444, by appointment with the Licensing Team. Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 24 November 2025. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain.
Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. BA LAW info@balaw.co.uk
