Notice is hereby given that Imperial London Hotels Limited has applied in respect of Imperial Hotel, 61-66 Russell Square, London, WC1B 5BB for the grant of a provision statement under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: Sale by Retail of Alcohol (on and off sales) Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:00; Friday and Saturday (and Sunday prior to Bank Holiday Monday and Boxing Day) 10:00 to 00:00. Playing of Recorded Music (indoors only) Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:00; Friday and Saturday (and Sunday prior to Bank Holiday Monday and Boxing Day) 10:00 to 00:00. Late Night Refreshment (inside only) Friday and Saturday (and Sunday prior to Bank Holiday Monday and Boxing Day) 23:00 to 00:00. There will be a 30 minute drinking up time following the terminal hour for sale of alcohol. Please refer to the full application for details of conditions. There are restrictions on any future representations if a ‘Provisional Statement’ is issued as a result of this application. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 18 November 2025, to Camden Council at licensing@camden.gov.uk or Licensing Team, 5 Pancras Square, C/O Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE.
A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed during normal office hours.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
