Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that HIS-MIKI TRAVEL UK LTD in respect of Premises known as Japan Premium, 212 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, WC2H 8EB has applied to the London Borough of Camden on 13/10/2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at 212 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, WC2H 8EB for the proposed variations to the existing premises license as follows; To remove the condition below; At least one person holding a personal licence shall be on duty at the premises when alcohol is being sold.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 10/11/2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to the: London Borough of Camden Licensing Authority, 5 Pancras Square, C/o Town Hall, Judd Street, London WC1H 9JE The register can be viewed online by visiting www.camden.gov.uk and following the links.
Members of the public who do not have access to the Internet can use a computer to view the applications at 5 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG. Representations must be received by the licensing authority by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
