NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Nebra Property 2022 Ltd has applied to the London Borough of Camden for a premises licence for Bertrand’s Townhouse Hotel (formerly Grange Lancaster Hotel), 4-6 Bedford Place, London WC1B 5JD as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol between the hours of 10:00 and 00:00 hours Sunday to Wednesday; and between the hours of 10:00 and 01:00 hours Thursday to Saturday. To provide late night refreshment between 23:00 hours and 00:00 hours Sunday to Wednesday; and between the hours of 23:00 and 01:00 hours Thursday to Saturday. The sale of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment (films in hotel rooms) for hotel residents and their guests shall be permitted 24 hours a day. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing no later than 10th November 2025 stating the grounds for the representation to the: London Borough of Camden Licensing Authority (Contact Camden), 5 Pancras Square, C/o Town Hall, Judd Street, London WC1H 9JE
