Charminster Road, Bournemouth - Application for a Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston’s PLC to the Licensing Authority of BCP Council (Bournemouth) to vary the Premises Licence for the Fiveways at 423 Charminster Road, Bournemouth, BH8 9QY. The application includes the following terms:
1. To change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.
2. To permit existing licensable activities sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment until 01:00 hours on Friday and Saturday and 00:00 hours on Sunday.
3. To add the licensable activities of films (indoors/outdoors) and indoor sporting events Sunday to Thursday 10:00 until 00:00 hours and Friday and Saturday 10:00 until 01:00 hours.
4. To add at Annex 2 children’s condition.
Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at BCP Council (Bournemouth), Town Hall, St. Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 19th November 2025 (www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk
