Does hereby give notice that on 21 October 2025 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for an internet & telephone wine delivery service be known as: 'Wine & Social', 1 Terringes Avenue, Worthing, BN13 1HX

The application seeks to allow the following Licensable activities to be conducted between the hours of: Sale of Alcohol for consumption off the premises sold online: 00:00hrs to 23:59hrs (24hrs a day) Mon - Sun

The general public will not be permitted to attend the premises.

Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to: email: licensing.unit@adur-worthing.gov.uk post: A&W Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils Worthing Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA

Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 18 November 2025
