Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence
I Francesca Fitchew hereby give notice that an application was made to South Staffordshire Council on the 27/10/2025 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate apremises at: Francesca’s 138b Common Road Wombourne Wolverhampton WV5 0NB from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Sale of Alcohol by Retail for consumption on and off the premises from 08:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 15:00 Saturday and Sunday. The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Legal and Licensing South Staffordshire Council Council Offices Codsall South Staffordshire WV8 1PX or online at
gov.uk/licensing. Any person wishing to submit representations to my/ our application must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 24/11/2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine 27/10/2025.
