Licensing Act 2003 Application for a new Premises Licence
What is proposed?
Notice is hereby given that Mr Chiragh Singh
Sachdev has applied to Mole Valley District Council
on 29/10/2025 for a new premises licence for Dr Cloud Food & Wine, 26 High Street, Leatherhead
KT22 8AW. The proposed application is to permit
for the sale by retail of alcohol: Sunday – Thursday:
08:00 – 00:00, Friday – Saturday: 08:00 – 02:00.
Any person who wishes to make a representation
in relation to this application must give notice in
writing of his/her representation by 26/11/2025
stating the grounds for making said representation
to: Licensing Officer, Mole Valley District Council,
Pippbrook, Dorking, Surrey RH4 1SJ, or by
emailing licensing@molevalley.gov.uk The public
register where applications are available to be
viewed by members of the public can be accessed
online by visiting at www.molevalley.gov.uk The
Licensing Authority must receive representations
by the date given above. The Licensing Authority
will have regard to any such representation in
considering the application. It is an offence,
under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to
knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application, the maximum fee
for which a person is liable assuming conviction
for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
