Notice of Application for a Variation of Premises Licence
We, RHIYA LTD hereby make application for a Variation of Premises Licence in respect of 749-751 Southchurch Road Southend-On-Sea Essex SS1 2PP. The variation which is being proposed is a variation to the layout of the premises.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea City Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 26 November 2025. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk
A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council’s office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. Or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
