What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003


Notice is hereby given that HOT CORKS LIMITED has applied to Swale Borough Council for a premises licence in relation to Bourncrete House, Bonham Drive, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3RY to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption off premises Monday to Sunday(remote sales only)
00:00 to 24:00. Full details of the application can be inspected at the address noted below during normal business hours.

Representations by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application may be made in writing to The Licensing Authority Swale House East Street Sittingbourne Kent ME10 3HT or at www.swale.gov.uk.

Such written representation must be received by 27/11/2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
