LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Punch Partnerships (PML) Limited has applied to Wandsworth Council in respect of Grapes, 39 Fairfield Street, Wandsworth, SW18 1DX for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing no 2590-501). The changes reflect a refurbishment including layout alterations and the creation of a new pool and darts area to the first floor split level area. Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plan regulations is indicative only and subject to change. All operating hours, licensable activities and conditions authorised by the premises licence are to remain unchanged.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by the end of 21st November 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council’s website www.wandsworth.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
