What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003: New Grant Premises Licence

Notice is given that Rossalli Holdings Ltd applied to Wandsworth Council on 22 October 2025 for the new grant of a premises licence to use the premises Rossalli’s, 344-346 Old York Road, Wandsworth, SW18 1SS for:

(1) live music, recorded music, retails sale of alcohol: Mon to Sat 10.00-00.00; Sun 12.00-23.30;

(2) late night refreshment: Mon to Sat 23:00-00.30, Sun 23:00 to 00.30;

(3) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the application papers.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email to: licensing@merton.gov.uk

by 19 November 2025.

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm.

Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council’s website www.wandsworth.gov.uk.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
