Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Epic Bars (Epsom) Ltd in respect of Premises known as Fever & Boutique, 5-9 Spread Eagle Shopping Mall, Epsom, KT19 8DN, applied to Epsom & Ewell Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is to amend and remove various conditions of the Premises Licence in relation to SIA registered door staff, smoking area, admittance and re-admittance times and the use of glass.
