What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003: application to vary Premises Licence Notice is hereby given that Clokken Limited has applied in respect of KFC, 150-164 Evelyn Street, London, SE8 5DB for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the folowing: 
To amend the premises licence hours.
The new hours shal be as folows: Opening Hours: Monday – Saturday
09:30 – 00:00 (currently 11:00 – 22:00), Sunday 09:30 – 00:00 (currently 11:30- 22:00). Drive Thru Hours: 11:00 05:00 (the fo lowing morning) for drive thru and delivery co lection. No customer access into the restaurant after midnight. Late Night Refreshment: Monday – Sunday 23:00 – 00:00 for customers co lecting or dining in; Monday – Sunday 23:00 – 05:00 (the following morning) for drive thru and delivery co lection. No customer access
into the restaurant after midnight. This application also seeks to add conditions to the licence (there are currently no conditions on the licence). For a full list of proposed conditions please refer to the application using the details below. The plans shall also be updated, so that drawing number 0000/2024/G100 (sub mitted with the application) is now the correct plan. The application may be viewed at Lewisham Council, Safer Communities Service, 9 Holbeach Road, London, SE6 4TW by appointment between Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) and between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.00 pm; or at www.lewisham.gov.uk Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations regarding the application to the licensing authority by emailing licensing@lewisham.gov.uk 
Representations must be made in writing and must be received on or before 21 November 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
