Notice is hereby given that an application was made to SOLIHULL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL for an application of a premises licence under the above Act on the 9th October 2025.

Address of Premises: Lisa Angel, 1 Poplar Arcade, Touchwood Shopping Centre, Solihull, B91 3GH.

Proposed days and times of licensable activities:

Monday-Sunday 08:00 to 22:00

The postal address where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Central Depot, Moat Lane, Solihull B91 2LW. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to the Licensing Team at the above address or by email to licensing@solihull.gov.uk within 28 days of the date of this notice by the 30th November 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000
