What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION

FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd October 2025 Wellington Pub Company Limited applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Silas Yard, 4 Ravenscroft Street, London E2 7QG. The proposed licensable activities are:

1. The sale of alcohol, provision of recorded music, indoor sporting events, live music and performance of dance Monday to Thursday 11.00 to 23.30 hours and Friday and Saturday 11.00 to 00.00 hours and Sundays 11.00 to 22.30 hours.

2. To permit late night refreshment Monday to Thursday 23.00 to 23.30 hours and Friday and Saturday 23.00 to 00.00 hrs.

3. The premises will close 30 minutes after the last permitted hours alcohol sales.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- The Licensing Section, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London E1 1BJ or by email: licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk

Website: www.towerhamlets.gov.uk no later than the 20th November 2025 stating the grounds for representations. The register of London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council and the record of the application may be inspected between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday during normal office hours at the above Council address.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
