Public Notice Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

Licensing Act 2003

Obi Express, 2 Handel Parade, Whitchurch Lane, LONDON, HA8 6LD Muhammad CHAPRA has applied to London Borough of Harrow for the grant of a Premises Licence for the above premises to allow the following activities to take place:

Off Sales of alcohol (incl delivery)

Monday to Sunday: 07:00 – 23:00hrs

The application may be viewed via the online register at: https://www.harrow.gov.uk/licences/licensing-public-register

or by appointment requested using the email address below.

Anyone wishing make representations must do so in writing to the Head of Community and Public Protection, London Borough of Harrow, Civic Centre PO Box 18, Station Road, Harrow HA1 2UT (licensing@harrow.gov.uk) no later than: 17/11/2025 stating the reasons for objecting.

Full details of objections will be sent to the applicant for their consideration and comment and persons objecting to the grant of a licence may be invited to attend a public hearing.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
