Application for a new Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Tobacco Dock Ltd has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets Licensing Authority on 24/10/2025 for a shadow premises licence at (Tobacco Dock) 50 Porters Walk, London, E1W 2SF.

The proposed application is to permit the provision of live music, recorded music, performance of dance, anything of a similar description Monday-Sunday 10:00-01:00 (following day), sale by retail of alcohol Monday-Sunday 10:00-00:30 (following day) and late night refreshment Monday-Sunday 23:00-01:00 (following day) on such conditions and such other times as set out in the application.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ.

Representations must be received no later than 21/11/2025. The Application Record and Register may be viewed between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (UNLIMITED).
