Premises: EURO FOOD AND WINE, 557 ANLABY ROAD,
HULL HU3 6HP
Notice is given that NIDHIBEN BHAVINKUMAR
DHAMELIYA_has applied to HULL CITY COUNCIL on 23rd
OCTOBER for grant of a Premises Licence for the above
premises for the following licensable activities
The retail sale of alcohol between the hours of 00.00 to
00.00 hours Monday to Sunday inclusive (24 hours)
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this
application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section,
HULL City Council , 33 WITHAM HULL HU9 1DB.
Representations must be received by 19th November 2025
The Application Record and Register may be viewed during
normal office hours at the above address or at www.hull.
co.uk/licensing.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003,
knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application and the maximum fine for
which a person is liable on summary conviction for the
offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000).
