Application for a Premises Licence
(Under Section 17)

Name of Applicant: Tramsheds (Cardiff) Limited. Name and Postal address of Premises: The Tramshed, Pendyris Street, Grangetown, Cardiff, CF11 6QP.

Statement of relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises together with the relevant times:
Application for a shadow licence in the same terms of existing licence.
1. The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 23:30, Friday and Saturday: 09:00 to 00:30, New Years Eve: 09:00 to 02:30.
2. The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of plays (indoors) and indoor sports: Monday to Sunday: 09:00 to 23:00.
3. The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of films (indoors): Monday to Sunday: 08:00 to 23:30.
4. The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of live music (indoors): Sunday to Thursday: 09:00 to 23:00, Friday and Saturday: 09:00 to 00:00, New Years Eve: 09:00 to 02:30.
5. The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of recorded music (indoors and outdoors): Sunday to Thursday: 07:00 to 23:30, Friday and Saturday: 07:00 to 01:00, New Years Eve: 07:00 to 03:00.
6. The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of performance of dance (indoors) and entertainment of a similar description to music and dance (indoors and outdoors): Monday to Sunday: 09:00 to 23:00, New Years Eve: 09:00 to 02:30.
7. The provision of late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors): Sunday to Thursday: 23:00 to 23:30, Friday and Saturday: 23:00 to 00:30, New Years Eve: 23:00 to 02:30.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Cardiff County Council, Licensing Section, County Hall, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff CF10 4UW between 9.00am and 4.00pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).
Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 25th November 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
