APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
I Lorraine Hammonds have applied to SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE COUNCIL for a premises licence for 3 High Street Pattingham WV6 7BD. So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: Sale of alcohol Monday – Sunday 12.00 – 23 hours, Recorded music Monday – Saturday 08.00 – 23.00 hrs Sunday 10.00 – 23.00 hrs, Live / acoustic music Monday – Sunday 18.00 – 23.00 hrs. to arrange inspection of the application details. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils’ Licensing Sub-Committee. Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
