APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
I/We HIDE & SEEK FESTIVAL LTD have applied to SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE COUNCIL for a premises licence for: Weston Park, Weston Under Lizard, Staffordshire, TF11 8LE so that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: Once a year the provision of plays, films, live music, recorded music, performances of dance, anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or performances of dance on Friday and Saturday from 12:00 Hrs to 04:00 Hrs the following day and Sunday 12:00 Hrs to 22:00 Hrs and the provision of a silent disco on Sunday between 22:00 Hrs and 02:00 Hrs the following day. Supply of alcohol on Friday and Saturday between 10:00 Hrs and 04:00 Hrs the following day and on Sunday between 10:00 Hrs to 02:00 Hrs the following day. Late night refreshment on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 23:00 Hrs to 05:00 Hrs the following day.

Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 24 NOVEMBER 2025.
Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils’ Licensing Sub-Committee.
Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
