Notice of application on 23 October 2025 to Flintshire County Council for an application for a Premises Licence by Shell UK Oil Products Limited in respect of Shell Northop Hall, A55 Expressway (Eastbound), Mold, Flintshire CH7 6HF for;
The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises – Monday to Sunday 24 hours per day and
The Provision of Late Night Refreshment – Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00 hrs each day.
Representations to this application in writing to Chief Officer, Place and Growth, Ty Dewi Sant, St Davids Park, Ewloe, Flintshire CH5 3FF by 20 November 2025.
