What is proposed?

Mr J Solis has applied to St Helens Council Licensing Authority for a new premises licence at 55 Grange Park Road, St Helens WA10 3EH for alcohol sales (consumption off the premises) 0800-2300 hours daily.
Representations can be submitted online by 15/11/25 on the Council’s website; https://publicaccess.sthelens.gov.uk/online-applicationssearchdo?action=simple&searchType=LicencingApplication.
It is an offence under s158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is unlimited.
