NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
An application for a Premises Licence has been made by: Hozan
Sharify to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of
premises known as: G&G Market which are situated at: 30 High
Street, Cradley Heath B64 5HL. The proposed application is as
follows: The Supply of alcohol (off the premises) for the following
times: Monday – Saturday 08:00 to 23:00 and Sunday 09:00 to
22:00. A record of the application may be inspected at General
Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street,
Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday.
Any representations by interested parties or responsible
authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to:
General Licensing Team, Place Directorate, Sandwell Council
House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury B69 3DE or via email using
licensing_Team@sandwell.gov.uk
by 20 November 2025. It is an
offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5
(unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with the application.
