What is proposed?
for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Ruddy Good Thyme Ltd has applied to Newark & Sherwood District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Thyme, 25 Main Street, Lowdham, Nottingham, NG14 7AB.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the retail sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 09:00 and 21:30 7 days per week and opening hours of 08:00 to 22:00 7 days per week.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing and Enforcement, Public Protection, Newark and Sherwood District Council, Castle House, Great North Road, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG24 1BY or by email to licensing@newark-sherwooddc.gov.uk no later than 21st November 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Newark & Sherwood District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.newark-sherwooddc.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
