What is proposed?

FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Retailing Limited have applied to Elmbridge Borough Council on 23rd October 2025 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at: Ye Olde Swan, Summer Road, Thames Ditton, KT7 0QQ. The application is to vary the licensing plan to incorporate an external bar for the sale and consumption of alcohol. For details, please view the proposed licensing plan. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation by 20th November 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Elmbridge Borough Council, Environmental Health & Licensing, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, Surrey, KT10 9SD or email licensing@elmbridge.gov.uk.

The application may be viewed at Elmbridge Borough Council, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, Surrey KT10 9SD by appointment during normal office hours or at www.elmbridge.gov.uk/licensing

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the LicensingAct 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
