NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has applied to Durham County Council in respect of premises known as Heron Foods, 5-7 Middle Street, Consett, County Durham, DH8 5QP for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:

Sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 20:00. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 20:00. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment only, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by the 19 November 2025 and sent to:- Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham DH1 9HZ or alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
