What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Application for a Major Variation to a Premises Licence

An application has been made under the above Act by Starwood Inns Ltd for a major variation to a premises licence for The Woodman, 128 Bourne Hill. The application provides for an extension of the hours for the sale of alcohol and for the provision of recorded music and late night refreshment. The application seeks to provide for the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises and to extend opening hours.

Copies of the application are available for inspection at the licensing authority during normal office hours. Representations may be made in writing to the licensing authority within 28 days of the date of this notice. Any person wishing to make representations should do so in writing, giving their full name and address and stating the grounds for the representation and whether they consider mediation appropriate.
