What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

I/We Paul Foods Ltd have applied to NEWHAM COUNCIL for a premises licence for: Paul Local, Unit 3 - 553 Green Street, London, E13 9AX So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: On sales of alcohol 11:00 - 22:30 Monday to Sunday, off sales of alcohol 08:00 - 23:00 Monday to Sunday Opening hours 07:00 - 23:00 Monday to Sunday.

Newham Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, East Ham Town Hall, Barking Road, East Ham, E6 2RP. (open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday), 020 3373 1925, where details of the application may be inspected, any queries should be sent to licensing@newham.gov.uk. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 13 November 2025 Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils' Licensing Sub-Committee.

Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
