LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that JJSM Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Haringey to vary a Premises Licence for: The Bill Nicholson, 102 Northumberland Park, Tottenham, London, N17 0TS.

The application is to:

• On Fridays & Saturdays only: extend licensed hours for alcohol sales from 10:00 to 01:00am, & add Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 to 01:30am, & • and increase the permitted capacity of the smoking area. The public register and application can be inspected at by contacting Licensing Team at licensing@haringey.gov.uk. Any person wishing to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to licensing@haringey.gov.uk stating the grounds for objection no later than: 17/11/2025. Representations must include your name and address, which will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. It is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
