What is proposed?

Public Notice Section 17, Licensing Act 2003.

Notice is hereby given by Peter Davies that on the 1st October 2025 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises Delicatessen, 15-17 Quay Street, Haverfordwest.

The application relates to sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises.

Any representations to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to the Lead Licensing Officer, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP or by email to licensing@pembrokeshire.gov.uk.

Representations must be submitted by 29th October 2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.

The above application can be inspected during normal business hours at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP by prior arrangement or on the council's website at www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/licensing

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
