Application for a new Premises Licence

I/WE: Kirkhill Group Ltd Have Applied to: Licensing Authority, Oxford City Council for a New Premises Licence for: Heritage of Oxford, 13 Broad Street, Oxford OX1 3AS

Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for Off-Premises consumption: Mon–Sun (09:00–20:00).

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 16th November 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to:

The Licensing Authority, Oxford City Council, Town Hall, St Aldates, Oxford OX1 1BX

The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.oxford.gov.uk

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
