TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Tops Pizza Limited
Does hereby give notice that on 21 October 2025
served application on the Licensing Authority,
Worthing Borough Council, and the relevant
authorities for a new premises licence for a hot
food takeaway to be known as: ‘Tops Pizza’ 14
South Farm Road, Worthing, BN14 7AA.
The application seeks to allow the following
Licensable activities to be conducted between the
hours of: Sale of Late-Night Refreshment:
23:00hrs to 00:00hrs (midnight) Sunday –
Thursday 23:00hrs to 02:00hrs (of the following
morning) Friday & Saturday. Opening to the
Public: 11:00hrs to 00:00hrs (midnight) Sunday –
Thursday 11:00hrs to 02:00hrs (of the following
morning) Friday & Saturday.
Any person who desires to make objection to the
said grant should set out, in writing, a brief
statement of the grounds of his/her objection and

the Licensing Unit no later than: 18 November
2025. The application may be viewed, in full, at the
above offices between the hours of 9.00am and

date of any hearing required to determine the
application may be obtained from the Adur &
Worthing Councils’ Licensing Unit.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application
and the maximum fine for which a person is liable
on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
