Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an
application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to
vary a premises licence for The Golden Beam, Headingley
Lane, Headingley, Leeds, LS6 1BX. The application seeks
to remove Condition 34 in Annex 2 of the premises licence
which states: 34. The premises will not permit entry to
anyone it has reason to believe are participants in the “Otley
Run”. And include additional conditions in respect of the
management of “Otley Run” participants. There are no
other changes to the premises licence. This application has
been made to Leeds City Council. Details of the application
can be viewed at the Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City
Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR during normal hours
of business or at
at any time. Any person
who wishes to make representations regarding this
application must give notice in writing to the Licensing
Authority at the above address or by e-mail to
entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk
no later than Friday,
21st November 2025 stating the grounds for the
representation.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. The
maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for this offence is unlimited.
