What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that I, Jasbir Lalarea, have made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the premises licence held in respect of the premises known as: Vinyl Grounds (formerly Brownhill & Co.) 30 Central Road, Leeds, LS1 6DE
I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Sale by retail of alcohol, performance of recorded and live music, and provision of late-night refreshment.
I propose to vary the terms of the existing licence as follows:
• Extend the hours for sale by retail of alcohol and recorded music to 01:00 daily
• Add live music (indoors) from 06:30 to 01:00 daily
• Include provision of late-night refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 to 01:00
• Extend opening hours of the premises to 06:00 – 02:00 daily
Responsible authorities or any other person may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until 18 November 2025 which should be sent to: Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.
