Worthing Gin Ltd. Do hereby give notice that on 23 October 2025 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for a mobile café- bar to be sited on the promenade and known as: ‘Worthing Gin’, Mobile Catering Van - Concession Stand, Worthing promenade opposite, Library Place/The Steyne, Worthing, BN11 3FJ. The application is to allow the Licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption ‘On & Off’ the premises.
The application seeks to allow Licensable activities to be conducted between the hours of: 09:00hrs to 22:30hrs Monday – Sunday incl.
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to: The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils Worthing Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA Or email:

Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 20 November 2025

Information as to the date of any hearing required to determine the application may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils’ Licensing Unit. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
