What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

We Old Bolsover Town Council give notice that We have applied to Bolsover District Council as the Licensing Authority for a Variation of a Premises Licence in respect of Cotton Street, Market Place, Cenotaph Area and Castle Street, Bolsover, Chesterfield. The application is to add the Sale of Alcohol Monday – Sunday 09:00 – 21:00.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Licensing
Section, North East Derbyshire District Council, 2013 Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield, S42 6NG or email

licensing@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk

not later than 12th November 2025.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Section on 01246 217884/217885
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
