What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that LA FAMIGLIA ristorante has applied to North Northamptonshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of La Famiglia, 106 High Street, Rushden NN10 OPQ, and intends to carry out the following licensable activities: selling hot food and alcohol from Monday to Sunday 12:00 to 23:00.

by 14/11/2025. The application may be viewed on the council's licensing register at

www.northnorthants.gov.uk

or by appointment at the above office. To attend the offices please email: licensing

@northnorthants.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or reckless to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is not exceeding £5,000.
