What is proposed?

Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council
Licensing Act 2003

A new premises licence application has been
made by Kokob Berhane to licence the following
premises Junior Star, 12 Cleveland Street,
Doncaster DN1 3EF. The proposed application is
to apply to carry out the following activities Sale of
alcohol on the premises: Sunday to Thursday
14:00 to 02:00. Friday and Saturday 14:00 to
05:00. Late night refreshments: Sunday to
Thursday 23:00 to 02:00. Friday and Saturday
23:00 to 05:00. Regulated Entertainment: Friday
and Saturday 23:00 to 05:00.
The postal address of the relevant licensing
authority is set out below and a record of the
application may be inspected there during normal
office hours. Anyone who wishes to make
representations regarding this application must
give notice in writing to The Licensing Department,
Doncaster Council, The Civic Offices, Waterdale,
Doncaster, DN1 3BU. Written representations
must be received no later than 20/11/2025.
It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in connection
with an application and the maximum fine for which
a person is liable on summary conviction for the
offence is unlimited.
