Public Notice of application for grant of Premises

Licence

Application has today been made to the council for the
above licence by Gather & Gather Ltd. Address of premises
Lloyds Banking Group, 6 Trinity Road, Halifax, HX1 2RG.
The proposed licensable activity is the sale of alcohol for
consumption on and off the premises from 10.00 until 23.00
daily. Interested parties and responsible authorities may
make representations regarding the application where they
believe that the proposed activities would undermine any
of the four licensing objectives. Applications may be
viewed on our Public Register, at

www.calderdale.gov.uk


Any representations must be submitted in writing to the
Licensing Unit, Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 17
November 2025. Any person wishing to inspect the
Licensing Register may do so at the above address during
normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application and on
summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
