What is proposed?

Mr FW McDonnell has applied to Knowsley Council for a
new premises licence at 210 Kingsway, Huyton L36 2PS to
sell alcohol (for consumption off the premises) 0600-2200
hrs daily.
The full application can be inspected Mon-Fri at Licensing,
2nd floor, Municipal Buildings, Archway Road, Huyton L36
9FB. Information is available on the Councils website www.
knowsley.gov.uk A Responsible Authority or any other
person(s) wishing to make representations on this
application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority
at the above address by 23/11/25.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application under the
Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is
liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
