What is proposed?
Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the
Licensing Authority of Cheshire West & Chester Council to
vary the Premises Licence for the Tigers Head Inn at
Pytchleys Hollow, Norley, Nr Warrington, Cheshire, WA6
8NT. The application includes the following terms:- 1.
Variation to change the external layout of the premises as
per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. 2.
To amend Annex 2 conditions 1, 3, 6 and 9. A copy of the
application for the grant of the above licence is available
for inspection at the office of The Licensing Team, Cheshire
West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road,
Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA or can be viewed online at
bit.ly/CWACApplicationsUnderConsultation. The
application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to
4.00pm, except bank holidays. For further information

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to
this application must do so in writing to The Licensing
Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal,
Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA no later than
20th November 2025, 28 consecutive days from the day
after the application was given to the Licensing Authority.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
