What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

I, Gaynor Field, give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Budock Village Hall (Lower Hall), Trewen Road, Budock Water, Falmouth, TR11 5DR, Cornwall.

The application is for the sale of alcohol (off the premises):

Monday – Saturday: 08:00 – 20:00

Sunday: 08:00 – 14:00

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 18th November 2025.

A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
