To whom it may concern: We: Sea Dog Art Gallery / Bar do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a variation of Premises Licence
a. Temple Winds Beacon Hill, Exmouth EX81PB
and known as: Sea Dog Art
The application is to:
Extend the permitted hours for the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to:
Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 00:00. New Year’s Eve: 12:00 - 00:30
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than: 17th November 2025
Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application; the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
