We Darren and Mandy Hoare give notice that We have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for variation of a Premises Licence in respect of Zafiro’s, 3 New Bridge Street, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 2AA

The application is to: Increase terminal hour Friday, Saturday, Wednesday for Recorded Music, Late Night Refreshment, Alcohol and Opening hours include Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, NYE

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 17 November 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
