Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Midson & Smith

Ltd has applied to Doncaster Council for

the grant of a Premises Licence in respect

of the premises known as The White Hart,

9 Market Place, Thorne, Doncaster, DN8

5DP. The application is to permit the sale

of alcohol for consumption on the

premises and associated opening hours,

as set out in the application submitted to

Doncaster Council. Any person wishing to

make representations to this application

must do so in writing to:

Licensing Team, Doncaster Council, Civic

Office, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU no

later than 12 November 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to

make a false statement in connection with

this application. The maximum fine on

summary conviction is unlimited.
