What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence tinder Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Caffe Ori Limited has applied to Southampton City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Ori Caffe, Upper Level, John Lewis Partnership, 23 Harbour Road, West Quay Shopping Centre, Southampton, SO15 1QA.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are to permit the sale of alcohol on the premises Monday to Sunday 0900 to 2200; opening hours proposed Monday to Sunday 0900 to 2230.

Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO 14 7LY, via Public Access (www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register) or licensing@southampton.gov.uk no later than 18th November 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Southampton City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO 14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
