What is proposed?
APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003
The Corner Stores (Suffolk) Ltd have applied to West Suffolk Council to vary the premises licence
for: The Corner Stores, 9 Brandon Road, Mildenhall IP28 7HZ so in the following aspects: 1. To
modify the Plans of the Premises following refurbishment 2. To extend the hours for the OFF Sale
of Alcohol on Thursdays to Sundays until 02:00hrs for Home Delivery ONLY West Suffolk Council’s
Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, West Suffolk House Western Way
Bury St Edmunds Suffolk IP33 3YU. Tel 01284 758050, where details of the application may be
inspected between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Any representations against the application
must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later
than the 9th November 2025. Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations
in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing
objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance,
and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant.
Persons making representations will have to appear at the Council’s Licensing Sub-Committee. It
is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlimited fine, for any person to knowingly or recklessly
