NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Amazon UK Services Limited to Southwark Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of premises located at 8 Raymouth Road, Southwark, London, SE16 2DB. The proposed application is for a premises licence to permit the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises from 07:00am to 23:00pm Monday to Sunday.  Full details of the application are held by Southwark Council, Southwark Licensing Team, 3rd Floor, Hub 1, PO BOX 64529, London, SE1P 5LX where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal opening hours or online by visiting their website. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address or to licensing@southwark.gov.uk no later than 14 November 2025 stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.  The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
